• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the mold after the product has dried, which helps in the rapid curing of resin epoxy pours, able to withstand high temperatures in the range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only resin molds. Resin epoxy molds that can be used in many areas can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes in a back and forth, side to side, and up and down motion. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture that touches the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely solidifies within 24 hours. It becomes glass-like within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while for some of our models, it can be 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help you use it for a longer period.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which maintains the glossiness of the mold and extends its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
