Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. These resin epoxy molds can withstand high temperatures in a hot environment, typically between 200 to 300 degrees, which helps accelerate the drying process of resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors based on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener in a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During mixing, make sure the mixing stick touches the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely harden within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the shine of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
