Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning that the product can be removed after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can maintain a high temperature of approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment, ensuring fast drying of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will become touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 24 hours. It will turn into a glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important notice:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
  • By taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures, you can prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray to maintain the gloss of the mold and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
