Round Square Mold - Resin Epoxy Mold - 11 CM (a single round measurement is 11cm)

• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy castings after drying, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy castings in a hot environment with a temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

  Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardened within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

• • Important Notice:

    • The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, but for some of our models, it ranges from 20 to 25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains mold glossiness and prolongs its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold interior with your fingers.
