Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to remove, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. These molds ensure rapid drying of resin epoxy casts, with a high heat resistance that can withstand temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and edges of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold to dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 24 hours. It will have a glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important notice:

  • Generally, the mold usage life is 10 times, but for some mold models, it can be between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure long usage life.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and mold residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol and solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
