Epoxy Resin Mold Pendant Keychain Rectangle - 50 mm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable molds that can withstand temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick drying of epoxy resin pours. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, make sure the stirring rod touches the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will be touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 24 hours. It will become glass-like in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of a mold is around 10 uses, but some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help you extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
