Epoxy Resin Mold Pendant Keychain Angular Decoration - 50 mm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to separate, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, facilitating the quick curing of epoxy resin pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin to 1 measure of hardener in a container and stir slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The stirring rod must touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It takes on a glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The typical lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, but some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
