Epoxy Resin Mold Pendant Keychain Oval Decoration - 50 mm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy casts quickly after drying. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a fast-curing environment for resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be utilized in various fields, creating distinctions in different sectors based on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes, stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, while some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
