Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, to ensure quick curing of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many different fields, can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should be in contact with the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and leave it to dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and will completely harden within 24 hours. It will become glass-like in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important notice:

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 times, but some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Absolutely do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
