Epoxy Resin Mold Pendant Keychain Droplet - 40 mm - 412

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, providing rapid curing for resin epoxy casts in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in multiple sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes, alternating between right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely harden within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, but some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
