Resin Epoxy Mold Pendant Keychain Butterfly - 46 mm

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy casts after they have dried, allowing for quick drying at a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and then pour it into the mold to dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
