Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy casts easily once they are dry. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a hot environment that enables rapid drying of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after about 6 hours and fully hardened within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, but some of our models can be used for 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your molds and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend their lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it helps maintain the glossiness of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
