Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily separable, meaning that they can be removed from the product after it has dried, allowing for quick curing of epoxy resin pours at high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, non-disposable epoxy resin molds that can be used multiple times. Epoxy resin molds, which can also be used in many different fields, can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container, and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During stirring, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and will completely harden within 24 hours. It will turn into a glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, and for some model molds, it is between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
