Resin Epoxy Mold Pendant Keychain Leaf - 50 mm

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds, which can be removed from the product after it has dried, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are also reusable, non-disposable resin molds that can be used multiple times. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various industries depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion for 10 - 15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours. It will fully harden within 24 hours and turn into a glass-like state in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but for some model molds, it can be between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold gloss and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
