Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy castings quickly after they have dried, maintaining a high heat resistance temperature of around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are also reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids and removing stubborn residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
