Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which ensures quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields, creating variations in various sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes, stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It achieves a glass-like state within 48 hours.

  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's gloss and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
