Epoxy Resin Mini Umbrella Mold 3.5 x 2 cm - 4 x 2 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried, enabling quick curing of resin epoxy pours at a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many areas, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. During mixing, stir vigorously for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top to ensure a homogeneous mixture that touches the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general service life of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used for 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer service life.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
