Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment with a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees, which can be maintained. Our silicone molds are also reusable, not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix vigorously for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be provided by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after about 6 hours. It completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some of our model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, which maintains mold glossiness and prolongs the lifespan of the mold.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
