Epoxy Resin Comb Mold 5.9 x 14 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable molds that allow quick drying of resin epoxy casts, capable of withstanding high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment after the product has dried. Our silicone molds are also reusable resin molds that can be used multiple times, not for single use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, in Turkey, we have more than 180 models of resin epoxy molds.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it will have an unscratchable glass-like finish. Color: Transparent

Important Notice:

• The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but for some model molds, it can be between 20-25 uses.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids from silicone molds.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and try not to touch the mold with your fingers.
