Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to separate, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a fast curing process for resin epoxy castings. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not one-time use molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, stirring from right to left, left to right, and top to bottom. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture that touches the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it becomes scratch-resistant and takes on a glass-like appearance. Color: Transparent

Important Notice:

• The general mold lifespan is around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used between 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
