Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily releasable, allowing the product to be removed after it has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, which facilitates rapid curing of epoxy resin castings. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 epoxy resin mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it will have a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance. Color: Transparent

Important note:

The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, while some of our models can be used 20-25 times. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues. Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
