Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily detachable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of epoxy resin casts in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 epoxy resin mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener in a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and edges of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, but in some models, it can be between 20-25 uses.
• Maintaining your mold properly and following usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
