Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, providing a quick drying process for resin epoxy pours, which can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in various sectors according to your imagination.

Instructions: Epoxy resin is poured into a container and slowly stirred until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for about 2-3 minutes. During stirring, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes 48 hours to achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish.

  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
