Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried, enabling quick curing of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees. Our silicone molds are also reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It becomes scratch-resistant like glass within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• By taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures, you can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's gloss and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
