Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to demold, meaning that the product can be removed after it has dried. These resin epoxy molds can withstand high temperatures ranging from 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, allowing for the quick curing of resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix it until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable by hand after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, while some of our mold models can be used for 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Absolutely do not clean silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
