Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily separable molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy castings. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Depending on your imagination, resin epoxy molds can create differences in various sectors. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and top to bottom. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important notice:

The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some of our models can be used 20-25 times.

By taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures, you can extend its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the shine of the mold and extends its lifespan.

Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.

Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
