Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, allowing the product to be removed after it has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees, enabling quick curing of epoxy resin. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors based on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of epoxy resin molds available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir thoroughly in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important note:

• The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, but some models can last between 20-25 uses.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold gloss and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
