Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out of the mold after the product has dried, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some models can be used 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's glossiness and ensure longevity.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids while cleaning.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
