Epoxy Resin Triangle Ruler Mold

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried, ensuring fast curing in resin epoxy pours, capable of withstanding high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only resin molds. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix it slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Stir the mixture from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the stirring rod should be in contact with the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold to dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important note:

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 times, some of our model molds have a lifespan of 20-25 uses.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as this spray or wax varnish helps maintain the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
