Epoxy Resin Mold for Coaster 10.5 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, to ensure quick drying of resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Stir the mixture from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Warning:

• The general lifespan of molds is about 10 uses, but some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold gloss and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
