12 mm Thin Flat Shamballa Bead Resin Epoxy Mold - 91

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be easily removed from the resin epoxy castings after they dry, allowing for quick drying of the resin epoxy castings in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, non-disposable resin molds that can be used multiple times. Resin epoxy molds can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Mix 2 parts resin with 1 part hardener in a container, stirring slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion to achieve a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will acquire a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

• Non-alcohol wet wipes are the most effective way to clean epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
