Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, enabling quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, non-disposable resin molds that can be used multiple times. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in all directions to ensure a homogeneous mixture. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
