Thin Flat 16 mm Shamballa Bead Resin Epoxy Mold - 92

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried, which allows for quick drying of resin epoxy casts that can withstand heat in a hot environment of around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields, creating various differences depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Mix 2 parts resin with 1 part hardener in a container, stirring slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by moving the mixing stick from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixing should be achieved by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will turn into an unscratchable glass-like state in 48 hours.

Important warning:

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but some models can last between 20-25 uses.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
