Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to separate, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that allow quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature between 200 and 300 degrees, which can withstand heat. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable resin molds that can be used multiple times and are not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixing should be achieved by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after about 6 hours. It completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 times, but for some mold models, it can be between 20-25 times. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you extend its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids. Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
