Mechanism Resin Epoxy Mold 8 x 7 x 0.8 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it dries. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures in the range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, enabling quick curing of resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and edges of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help you prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's glossiness and extends its lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
