Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily separable molds that can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which enable quick drying of resin epoxy castings after they have dried. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, non-disposable resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different industries depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and edges of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance. Color: Transparent

Important Warning:

The general lifespan of a mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our model molds can be used up to 20-25 times. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, which maintains mold shine and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids. Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
