Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily detachable molds that allow for quick curing of epoxy resin castings, withstanding a high heat temperature ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment after the product has dried. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, non-single-use resin molds. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 epoxy resin mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold to dry. It will become touchable in about 6 hours and completely harden within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Notice:

The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, which helps maintain the glossy finish of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective way to clean epoxy residues. Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
