Epoxy Resin Mold for Earrings 15.1 x 15.5 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, approximately between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment, allowing resin epoxy casts to dry quickly. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will acquire a scratch-resistant glass-like surface in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but for some mold models, it can be between 20-25 uses.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
