Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds, which can be removed after the product has dried, ensuring quick curing of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are also reusable resin molds that can be used multiple times. Resin epoxy molds can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, but some models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Proper care and usage methods, as well as cleanliness procedures, can extend the lifespan of your mold.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold gloss and ensure longer usability.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
