Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried, providing a fast curing for resin epoxy casts that can withstand high temperatures in the range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion for 10-15 minutes. Homogeneous mixture should be ensured by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold to dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours. It will fully harden within 24 hours and take on a glass-like state within 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 times, while for some model molds, it can be between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
