Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, providing quick drying for resin epoxy casts with a high heat degree that can withstand temperatures between approximately 200 and 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various industries depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixing should be ensured by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and edges of the container during the mixing process. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important notice:

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but for some models, it can be between 20-25 uses.
• Proper maintenance and usage methods, as well as cleaning procedures, can extend the lifespan of your mold.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and prolongs its lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
