Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried, and they can withstand high heat temperatures ranging from around 200 to 300 degrees in a warm environment, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for single-use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors based on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container, mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix in a back-and-forth, left-to-right, and bottom-to-top motion for about 2-3 minutes. During mixing, make sure the mixing stick touches the bottom and edges of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will reach a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you use it for a longer time.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
