Multiple Earring Resin Epoxy Mold - 19.9 x 17.6 cm

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many different fields, can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable within about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will reach a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually around 10 uses, while for some model molds, it can be between 20-25 uses.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• For cleaning, non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in removing epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
