Epoxy Resin Chain Mold - 16.8 x 14.9 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to detach, meaning the product can be removed after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees, creating a fast curing process for resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be achieved by touching the mixing rod to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure long-term use.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
