Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, to facilitate quick drying of epoxy resin casts after they have dried. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be ensured by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely harden within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like surface after 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Notice:

• The general lifespan of a mold is usually around 10 uses, but some of our model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and extend its lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
