Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, which means they can be removed from the product after it has dried, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds can be reused multiple times and are not disposable. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix the solution thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The stirring rod should create a homogeneous mixture that touches the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and then pour it into the mold to dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Notice:

• The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the shine and prolong the lifespan of the mold.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
