Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy casts after drying, ensuring quick drying in resin epoxy casts that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees in a hot environment. In addition, our silicone molds are reusable, non-disposable resin molds. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. Homogeneous mixture should be ensured by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold to dry. It becomes touchable by hand after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol and solvent-based products and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
