Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, to ensure rapid curing of resin epoxy castings. Additionally, our silicone molds are multi-use and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin into 1 part freezing container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and up and down. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Note:

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold's shine and extends its lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
