Epoxy Resin Tray Mold - 330 cmx 17.cm-10 mm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of epoxy resin pours in a high-temperature environment, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are also reusable, non-disposable resin molds. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many different areas and can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of epoxy resin molds available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to create a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will obtain a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains mold shine and prolongs the lifespan of the mold.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids from silicone molds.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and make sure not to touch the mold surface with your fingers.
