Resin Epoxy Mold Bracelet 66 mm

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, creating a quick curing process for resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. The mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and leave it to dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid using alcohol or solvent-based products to clean silicone molds and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
